TFV Payment

Reminder that payments are due on the 5th of the month if you are not using the automatic payment withdrawal through SE.

If making a payment on site, make sure you receive the email prior to leaving.  TFV Coaches will not know your balance nor your payment amount.  You will need to get with Flor or Charlie for that.

SportsEngine (SE) App

Make sure to download the SportsEngine (SE) app, your TFV Coach will be relaying quick messages to parents via the app and pass  along either team/club infomartion via email. 

Access to the SE app is the email used to register with SE. 

If you do not have access to the app, get with your coach to verify the email address or contact Coach Flor at 512-587-7091.

If need to add a parent/guardian on the same account:

  • Open the SE app
  • Click "Account"
  • Click on the member account that needs to get updated
  • Click on the Pencil symbol in the blue circle  to edit the account
  • Options are to Edit Profile, Remove Guardian and Add Guardian


Registration with USA Volleyball (USAV) through the Lone Star Region is mandatory for all participants in Lone Star (LS) Region sanctioned events including practices.  This applies to club directors, coaches, team representatives, chaperones, officials, athletes, and tournament trainers.  The LS Region will utilize the USA Volleyball Member Management System to handle registrations for all members.  This will require that you log into or create a Sports Engine account.

CLICK on the link below to register for TXTFV and follow the instructions are in the attachment below. The membership cost is $50.

This is required in order to participate in TFV practices and register for tournaments.

Getting USAV Membership Affiliated to TFV

There are some of your memberships not being affiliated to our club, you will need to accept the assignment to TFV. Use the link below to complete this process.

You are not repurchasing a membership but you do need to go through the process of applying for one until you see “Accept Assignment to TFV” on your screen. Once you do that, it should take you to your membership screen.  When you view your membership card it should say “Assigned to TFV” just like the picture of my card provided down below.


SportsEngine (SE) Account

The SportsEngine account has more information that you can see if you open in desktop compared to the SE app.

Membership information regarding USAV can be accessed through SportsEngine account, not the app. Ypu can only see if you login to SportsEngine:

  • Login to SportsEngine
  • Go to your profile and settings on the top right
  • Click on "My SportsEngine"
  • Click on "Household" on the left side panel
  • Locate your daughter and click on "VIEW PROFILE"
  • Under Guardians, the bottom right, Membership information should be shown, you can click on "View Details"

How to Update or Change My Credit Card that is Connected to a Payment Plan

NOTE: Upon changing your payment method, your next scheduled payment is automatically charged. If you are not ready to be charged, please wait until you are closer to your next scheduled payment to change your payment method.

  1. Sign in, and click the Registrations tab within your dashboard.

  2. On the right side of the screen, click Order Details.

  3. Scroll down to your Payment Calendar.

  4. Next to the payment you wish to update your card information for, click Make Payment.

    • A new tab will appear.

  5. Choose one of the following:

    • Submit Next Payment: Choose this option if you want to only pay the next scheduled payment.

    • Submit Balance In Full: Choose this option if you want to pay the remaining balance.

  6. Choose one of the following:

    • Use Existing Credit Card

    • Enter New Payment Method

If Use Existing Credit Card was Selected...

  1. Click Make Payment.

If Enter New Payment Method was Selected...

  1. Click Enter New Payment Method to continue adding your new credit card information.

TFV Uniform

We are expecting for them to be in prior to the Thanksgiving break.  As usual, not all items will be in.  Please stay in contact with coach Cassie regarding any missing apparel items.
